Pat: Actually, the broker is fairly close by -- the distance in golfer ball terms would be-- one broker lives a 5 iron out the office is driver 4 good fairway woods PW and a short putt. SOME of the streets here in Paris even have curbs and gutters and when I walk to the brokers office, as I do sometimes, it's rare that I have to fend off an indian attack more than 1 time out of 3......the cattle stampeding are MUCH more of a danger...... gggggg BTW-----"down the road a piece" is a lot farther distance than 4 blocks...... I used to know how many blocks in a mile but I've forgotten. I'll cogitate on it and see if I can recall without looking it up. Regards--Nemer
