We may get backed up a couple of minutes, but if you are seeing delays of 1 1/2 hours, there is a different problem, probably on your end.

SRS...Thats a great improvement from a few months ago!

Before I left, you were lucky to maintain a
steady feed for more than 10 minutes in the
first hour of trading. But it was not NAQ's
fault, "its the internet" was their reply.
So, now that there is a little improvement from
several months ago, is it attributable to
the "internet" or the fact that NAQ upgraded
from the 286/386 computers(or added more)?

I still say that this was a college project
that returned a profit. NAQ needs to admit
that they are a startup in this area and
treat the customers with a little respect
and get over their "were right, the customers
are a pain in the a**" attitude.

It is commendable that Paul Thomas responds
here on a daily basis considering this is a public
forum.....compared to the company sponsored
thread. The company is sitting on a software
program that is one of the best, despite themselves.
