Humbly report, Janice, I agree completely, and therefore took the liberty of sending your proposal to Brad.

I remain, humbly dreaming of FBNet, by the mail slot of the FBN mail room, virtually near the first arch of the Mala Strana side of Charles Bridge, where they serve great hot rum, gratis for me, yours truly, conduit,

Svejk

Re: FBN as a subsidiary to GNET.

Highly unlikely. Our corporate goals are cross-purpose. Besides, there's no way GNET could acquire all the outstanding stock. There is no value that can be assigned to the original FBNA shares. We all know FBNA is a priceless commodity.

On to another subject ...

To all FBNA Corporate Secretaries and Administrative Assistants:

Please check your mailboxes for my annual Secretary's Day gift to you. The all expenses paid cruise line tickets for you and a companion are a token of my appreciation for the hard work you have shown throughout our first year of existence. Bundled with the cruise tickets is a Certificate of Copier Proficiency, which you all earned by many hours of duplicating the pre-IPO shares. Thanks for the memories.

Regards,
