If you want futures, it costs $355 for a data fee. But as yet, I haven't seen a bill for a data fee...I have heard they will start charging for data fees if we don't do 200 trades a month. Big whoop?

Careful with Cybertrader...if they were shorting and didnot have stock available, as was with the case with KTEL, they are probably not too far from getting shut down by the NASD. A firm has the obligation to affirmatively determine if the client is long, if not obtain stock for borrowing....short without it, and the NASD comes down on you.

Be careful, because individual investor also is responsible and can face sanction by the NASD.

I have always found Spots to be a honorable, sincere individual who develops intriguing dialoge. Anyone that would badger him is picking a fight with the wrong person. Blame yourself for market losses.
