Jim, just got around to reading your Wednesday newsletter, if I wasn't already a CSHK supporter and shareholder I'd definitely look into it based on your report. Good job!

I understand that CSHK is actively seeking to become fully SEC reporting and from a previous post >>It takes about 3 months from time of filing to approval by the SEC. Securities lawyer is required to handle it.<< Any idea how close they are?? The pennystock write-up provides an indication that their financial house is in order so initial filing should be relatively clean.

Something else that may be more important than just being SEC compliant is the exchange CSHK is listed on. When CSHK took over the shell last year the stock was $6, to my understanding simply by getting the stock back over a buck and holding it there they become eligible to be listed on Nasdaq Small Cap. I really don't know much about this area but I do recognize the value associated with a Nasdaq listing. Have you heard anything about Rhonda's plans as they relate to future listing?? We know she knows what she's doing, but I haven't heard too much about this. Any one out there have thoughts or information on either SEC reporting or exchange listing??
