Strange karma on this thread today. Price is down-NO cheering section to be heard from. Maybe this is a good indication that Franklin will fly on its own without the rah-rah.

Is it possible that if Meyerson is selling now that it is so that he can avoid the additional selling that comes along the first of the month from the private placement shares?

I thought it was bad news when the company put out two announcements in a row and the price failed to rally.
