I found this co by all the insider buying. Consistent buying by CEO CFO and board members at higher prices that todays prices. Co was featured in WSJ in FEb for that reason. I find it quite reassuring knowing that insiders buying in open mkt at higher prices, in a growing sector and very little instit sponsorship. Hang tight, it would appear by action today some people must have had knowledge of coming events.

Barbara -- no apology necessary, you brought up a good point, and I should have clarified earlier. I was one of the ones who brought MAXX to everyone's attention yesterday. I bought in early and was so hyped at the rise that I didn't even think to do any DD until this morning. As soon as I saw how poor the financials were, I put in my sell order and posted here (don't remember the number of the post, but it was shortly after the market opened) that I felt anyone still holding should get out. I personally would never hype a stock that I felt was overvalued. I did feel that MAXX would be a good short-term play, even after discovering that the company was on shaky ground, but I'm pretty sure I cautioned everyone that the financials were pretty awful and that I didn't think the momentum would last.
