Taking the bird in the hand is a valid point. But when can these guys actually sell their shares and what will be the price then? This value is based on GNET's price during what may be an irrational market bubble in internet stocks. Brad, Jeff & Jill are basing their merger on the future prospects of G2NET with SI. This combined with their very natural and understandable concerns in with raising capital and the headaches and challenges of running a larger business. Too, Horowitz and Keister may appear to have the confidence, drive and savvy that our SI friends may feel they lack in sufficient quantity. If they must do a deal, I think it's best to find a way to 'live' with these Go2Net people for a year or so, without making a life-long commitment. Brad, Jeff - how well do you know Russell and John.? Please be careful. And I apologize for presenting the potential downside of this deal. My congratulations and best wishes are still valid. peter
