Good grief!

The problem apparently is that the DOS programs are speed sensitive - having been written when processors were much slower and coded in such a way as to malfunction when the processor speeds up!

That is indicative of extremely poor programming practices.

And you, the great Ali, master of all things electrical, couldn't even figure out this simple problem!

It's NOT A PENTIUM II PROBLEM!
