PA, I don't believe that except for the MM's, that we have a problem with naked shorting with DCTC. So long as the shorting we are seeing is against restricted shares and not naked, I prefer to view that activity as selling. Unlike with naked shorting there is a limit to how much "shorting against the box" we could see IMO since there are only so many restricted shares to short against. If I have made any errors in my statements, someone feel free to correct me. James
