GJC / All:

The most important thing in a short squeeze is the company has to have fundamental value. It's ludicrous to invest in anything just because there's a large short position.

Thanks to those of you on my email list who responded that you've called in your certificates. If others have done it, please respond also so we can keep up to date on what's in the hopper and how long brokers are dragging their feet in getting our certificates registered.

DING! DING! DING!

That's the bell to signal last call.

I've been actively following this stock since it started trading in July. Like many of you I was persuaded to buy in at higher levels (even to put it on a credit card). Most of the stock I purchased was in the $1.50 range. I was fortunate to do a good bit of averaging down but my cash like everyone else's (except Bill Gates) is limited.

Several of us on the internet / outside the internet have teamed together to do some extensive DD on MDIN, its management, its properties, etc. All of us agree it's now coming to a head. In spite of the mistakes management has made, I believe we'll see their hard work and excellent deal making now pay off. There are plenty of things I would have done differently but contrary to popular opinion, I believe they have the shareholders interest as their main concern. It's always easy to be an armchair quarterback. I think all in all management has done a fine job. I don't know for certain how long we'll stay down in this range but feel it's about a 2-10 day window.

Based on my calculations I believe we should be trading in the $3-$5 range short term and $10+ long term. Obviously we're not. I've missed a lot of great trading opportunities holding on to this stock but I believe now is payback time. Everyone wants a DGIV or KTEL. IMO, you're about to see one. The writing is on the wall. Read the press releases, make the phone calls, do the home work.

I may get flamed for being a hypester, but I believe with every fiber of my being that what many of us have been waiting for is finally about to happen. Some of us who are sitting on six figure losses will have six figure gains very soon. Others who's timing was a little more fortunate will have a hefty capital gains tax bill next year.

If you've taken your position on the MDIN train then it's time to check your baggage and board. If you haven't, the ticket window is still open and we're selling the last seats at a 1000% discount.

Cheers,

KMT

PS. If you think I'm nuts, instead of flaming me, please email me with some solid DD to support your position. I'm always open to hearing a contrary view and am willing to dialog with anyone.
