To paraphrase, the analyst said that based upon NDA filings, Viagra doesn't work as well as commonly believed. The 92% success compares to 69% placebo indicating that it won't work for certain groups. Side effects might also scare repeat users. Viagra should work in less than 50% of ED patients and thus MUSE should be viable. That's the jist. Diamondcutter

jb, This is how the market game is played. Push down the stock on fear and get all the little guys to give in and sell then accumulate heavily while the small guy goes broke and then tout the stock and run it up as high as it will go. Heard mentality is based on emotion and not fundamentals. Buy your own statement I agree that nothing has changed and by this very fact Vivus should be a $15-20 stock and not a $7-8 stock. I hope this makes sense. VLAD
