I doubt it. Chances are very strong the warrants will be called well in advance of the expiration date. My guess is that that will happen later this year when the stock trades above 10 for 7 of 10 consecutive days. I don't think we'll get anywhere near the expiration date.

IMO, the upside is probably limited to however high the warrants can go between the time they are called and the expiration date for call conversion. My guess is about 8 or 9, but it could be higher or lower. When the stock stays above 10 for 7 days, it could go as high as 15 (possibly more,) which would give the warrants a value of about 8-9. On the downside, it would be about 4, with the stock price a little above 10.

Bottom line, IMO is that the Internet is not going away and IFLY has excellent management. They will make some good Internet decisions and deals. So I beleive the stock will break 10, and the warrants will be called within the next few months. Looking for a profit of anywhere from 100 to 400% at an average price of 2.

Already took an average profit of 350% on my earlier purchase. Just wish I had bought more.
