Kip, et al: This looks like it would wipe out the remaining market for GRNO. I am generally in favor of more oversight of the OTC markets, but this doesn't seem to be the way to go about it. Random thoughts: 1) This may not effect us directly since it will take some time to put it into effect, and presumably we will be back on the board by that time. 2) Eliminating transparency in pricing will hardly help reduce the spreads, or facilitate a market. 3) This seems to assume all pink sheet trades involve fraud. Seems to be an excuse for not investigating. 4) Liability for MMs has some appeal, but is impractical and would just about eliminate this market. What do you'all think? Regards, Carl
