One final point: I think there has been a large sell-off happening in small amounts since mid-march. I think it may even be continuing. I have no hard data to back this up.

Anyone?

Elliott, Taoman, anyone: I hate to sound so simpleminded...but a Q has occurred to me:

After the CA referral Y2K problem is "taken care of" by the IAIC, what is the carrot on the stick to continue to spend the money on more upgrading of LOC.

With the "urgency" of an immoveable deadline removed, what's the incentive when so much client bucks have been spent, unexpectedly?

Thanks for any and all enlightenment!
