Jim If I could add to your post: A Master Agreement will permit sites to be designated for review, and site additions to be made, without having to negotiate a separate contract for each. The agreement could include a basic number of sites (from zero to 1200) and would include a mechanism for the customer to add sites as needed, or desired. This shows great partnering savvy by TAVA management, and will reduce administrative costs for all parties. JDP
