Rose..... This deal is great for MAXX.....The other company is be absorbed by MAXX with enough shares from MAXX which will allow the new company to take them over. The new company will put $1,000,000 into MAXX which will enable MAXX to make another aquisition which is already planned. The new company also owns an internet co based out of London. This new company will provide a new BOD (which MAXX needs) and this thing should fly!!!!!! Stock of MAXX is a real buy now..I'm buying!!!! Norm Magic
