I continue to short this dog (see my previous post). Please be carefull, this company has more problems than meets the eye. There is a reason why the stock has dropped 80%. I have a feeling it will retest the lows at $19.00, sooner than later. For all the longs...I know you hate shorts on this thread, but I am only trying to protect the longs and at least trade with a stop...27 3/8..with no buyers...will break below 26 tomorrow

Go2net to Acquire Silicon Investor for $33 Million in Stock

Seattle, April 23 (Bloomberg) -- Go2net Inc. said it will
buy closely held Silicon Investor, a Web site for small
investors, for about $33 million in stock to broaden its audience
and boost advertising revenue.

Go2net runs Web sites with a range of features from stock
information to games. Silicon Investor offers tips and hosts
financial discussion groups on market trends, initial public
offerings and mutual funds. Go2net will issue about 1.25 million
of its shares for Silicon Investor.

Personal finance sites are among the fastest growing on the
Internet as personal investors seek more information online.
Silicon Investor will give Go2net more than a million new users
to help lure advertisers.

The purchase ''positions us with a new revenue stream,''
said Go2net Chief Executive Russell Horowitz.

Silicon Investor is based in Overland Park, Kansas, and
employs three people. The company will become a wholly owned
subsidiary of go2net and will move to Seattle.

Go2net rose 1 1/8 to 27 3/4 in midday trading.

>>Then today a journalist speculates LU might be looking at NN

That's interesting. Who was the journalist, and where was it reported? What kind of credibility does this person have?
