Pat,

That sounds like fun!! You've got me thinking now.
Also, I thought the subscribership would be in
the 10K+. (Have to review my SI article I put
somewheres)

I guess this means, we will see thousands of DATEK,
and TSC ads.

<<And in the "just for fun" department, I bought GNET (buying SI) the minute I heard the news. I figure they have a captive audience of several thousand a day here on SI and
that's got to be worth something.>>

*****Back to CIEN:

One thing I noticed today, that strikes me as EXTREMELY
INTERESTING, is that CIEN's price is at +1 7/32 (right
now), while most of the Naz is falling big time. In
the past, the momentum players or shorts would be manipulating
this stock down a few points. It rarely goes in
the opposite direction when the Big Caps are falling.
Also, I noticed it set a high today of 50 5/8 so far.

I can come up with 2 or 3 possible reasons. Anybody
have ideas?

More importantly, does anybody have reason to suspect
sustaining power. Need to know so I can load up
the truck with more CIEN. Any technical analysts around???

I guess the term would be a breakout over congestion, if
CIEN can close high, at least over 49. I think also, that
it's been in congestion now for about 6 weeks min. which
is the usual rule of thumb.

Come guys, let's lay down the ideas NOW. ANY IDEA is
valid if it gets us thinking!!

Joe
