Hey FreddieCouplesSlevin:

How about hitting the long iron into the cup for a double eagle....gggg

-------->BB has not lived through a bear market....maybe it's a "Buy the Dipper"? <---------

No, old BB was actually born before the 87 drop and used data from way back in the early 70s, so he is well aware of the bear.

I just had a PrivateMes about something similar and up until the last 2 or maybe 3 years, I made more profit from the downward moves than the upward ones.....
my puts outnumbered my calls by probably 5 to 1 and I sold short so much that two of my brokers called me "shorty".......gggg

Trade the trend, and don't think you know more than the market is the philosophy by which I try to operate.......
my long positions , if sold right now would be in the lower capital gains, well not ALL but 98 % (rounded off)

edit---
I reread this and I don't intend any slight towards you or any others posting here........

I WISH I'D joined you on the short..........

but I found out a long time ago-------
wishes and fishes.........
