It's my understanding that he'll start sometime next week. Mark hired Rand Shrader almost a year ago. He's a man with strong management skills and good business since. Rand was to be in charge of all of the day to day operations of the company, but they never gave him the chance. You can't bring some one in to run a company if you undermine their authority on a constant basis. Innovacom was the third company started by Mark that I have been involved with, and it was the same thing at both IIC & Futuretel. Maybe Mr. Burke will have better luck, but it's doubtful. I can't say much about the chip, that group is off by it's self. But as for the Engineers in Software & Systems Group I can say that they are the best I've ever worked with, and if Mr. Burke is allowed to call the shots then there'll be some completed systems products.
