Who appointed you to fight Datek's battles? If Datek's service falls short of its claims, we have a right to be on here warning other unsuspecting individuals in order that they may avoid Datek like the plague. The subject of this thread is "Datek Brokerage $9.95 a trade" and it was started by someone who wanted to know if they were reliable and trustworthy. If you want to start a thread for your activity then I suggest you start your own thread "Datek - Kiss Ass Thread". Mr. Rood was simply being honest about his feelings and I second everything he said. Including the fact that Datek takes it all for a joke. When we don't laugh they say "Sorry if you don't have a sense of humor". How can anyone trust Datek after this pathetic performance they call "customer service"? Now, because the great CTO of Datek graces us with his presence - now we are supposed to just roll over and let him rub our belly's? What are we? Dogs? Nuff said.
