Andrew,

I tried calling the CEO today. . . have yet to get a response. Will do my best to get that info shortly.
Should be reporting soon is my understanding. They are just completing their audits for the past two years.

Concerning the 250,000 fax, I was informed it has not begun yet.
I also have calls in to a couple different people with the company. When I hear back from them, I'll be able to post such information as shares outstanding, float, and whatever other info I can find.

I just got off the phone with Steve Bingerman, Investment Banker for IGHS. The shares outstanding is 4.8 million, float is 2.5
million. They will be fully reporting in May. Net Assets: $2.3 million. They lost 700,000 last year, but expect .10/share operating
this year (this excludes several major contracts upcoming. . . .so income should be much higher). They expect to rapidly expand
their software system sales, probably 500 hospitals by the end of the year. They have 2 major deals, probably will be announced in
May, one early May (not this week).
