Short interest was 10.7 million as of 3-15-98. Short interest up to 4-15-98 will be published Monday April 27,1998. Expect a gap up Friday morning and a continued up trend to 15-15 1/2 for the short term. Target price of 23.00 easily reached by end of summer/early fall. Just my opinion of course. VLAD PS Up 45% on heavy volume is a very bullish sign on a day when the NASDAQ is down over 36 points.
