Andrew,

Ever since I began penny stock investing, I've made it a habit to normally chat with officers of the company, promotions people, etc. Some promotional guys are mediocre, some are just out to get you, and some are fairly decent. I've developed friendships with various promotional people and company officers. My relationship?? I speak with several people every day, and therefore am among one of the first to hear about upcoming developments. Every piece of information I have is exactly what you would be told personally by calling the PR firm yourself.
When I hear about a good company with upcoming interest almost guarenteed, I like to spread the word, and let as many others besides myself reap the profits.

Patrick's relationship is probably the same as mine. Buy in to one of their stocks, then they tell you about other stocks they follow and what's going on with them. They start going up and all of a sudden they're like E.F. Hutton, when they talk, you listen.

Pollock and Cahill have been in on 25 to 30 stocks in a 7 year span that I know of, and they have a great reputation. It's to a point now that with their track record, people come to them vs. the other way around. They can also be very picky about who they choose for clients, which typically tend to be small-caps with solid financial backing that are poised for a move but just need that little boost to get them rocking.
