Hawk. Re: Intc/Frank Capiello. I heard Frank recommend intc last weekend at an investors conference with Louis Rukeyser. An analyst on Saturday said, "Avoid Intel and cpq." On Sunday Frank said, "Buy Intel." In a Q&A someone asked Rukeyser his opinion. He said, "I think Intel is a wonderful company. One of the best investment decisions I made in the 1990's was buying Intel warrants." HL
