I don't think the IMF can bail them out of 590 billion worth of bad debt. I honestly did not think the problem in Japan was THAT monumental.

The Japanese people get a much better return on their money outside of Japan. Although some might bring their savings home for various reasons I don't think we'll see a massive return of funds back to Japan. If you got 0% return on your money in Japan wouldn't you want to earn 5% elsewhere? Also, the Japanese people might want security in their savings; so, they'll place their money in safe and secure countries for a while until Japan gets through its rough times.

Re. CLL: Joanne Butts from the ASE told me today that CLL
has paid their sustaining fee however as part of normal
procedure after a suspension, the ASE has to conduct a review to
ensure they are in good standing before being re-instated.

This will be finished soon.
