Bill, I appreciate your patience. The day you're ready to short TAVA I will probably be happy to join you. Right now I'm getting much more enjoyment out of my shorts. XCIT took me to the wall before it gave up. Kip

Darn. I may have shorted too early.

It seems like all the Y2K zaniness is now focused on "embedded systems". I covered today for a small loss. I get the feeling that TAVA will be among the last to collapse when the Y2K fad goes away.

Subject: TAVA

biz.yahoo.com

On AOL, someone posted that he called TAVA, which referred him to their publicist. Upon reaching that office, he asked why TAVA's client wasn't identified, and was told that they didn't want it made known that they had 1200 sites in need of Y2K remediation. The publicist said this was the largest contract ever for TAVA, and that it took some doing just to be able to release this info.

I don't know whether this will really help the company's fundamentals, or if it's just an effort to pump up the stock and unload shares, but shorts should proceed with caution.
