Hello! Leroy, It's okay, that you really don't agree with me! I'm just not sure what you disagree with ! If you don't like the company song we can change it! I was just trying to lighten things up a bit ( for Scottey) and I wanted to throw in my opinion that it is OKAY to be long on FAMH and be proud of it, on this thread! Positive versus Negative Styles! Let's try this example! ( Not intended to be directed at you Leroy!---I see we have other shareholdings in common!) I own a home! I need to sell it because I'm moving! When a potential buyer comes over to have a look , I don't stand at the door yelling out, " I really need to sell this house by Friday, I'm very upset having to sell it, but I never liked it anyway, BLAH! BLAH! BLAH!)-------Prospective Buyer! Oh! I see! Well I think I will now offer you less then I initially intended! Thank you for the feedback! How do we rate that situation? Positive or negative? If that person , sells 10% below what it's really worth, what does it do to the other similar homes like it in the area! ( At least temporarily!)---Are the next door neighbours happy with this person selling! ???????? Another option! Prospective buyer shows up! Person selling, has fresh bread baking in the oven, fresh flowers at the door, tears of sadness having to leave the excellent neighbourhood, and shares with the potential buyer that they are very sad to be moving, because of the great neighbours, and a high expectation that the property will continue to appreciate in value in years to come!----Possible end result, gets closer to asking price??????? Positve / Negative Scenario???? I guess that depends upon one's motivation , and if they are planning to be a buyer or sellor! The Games Continue! Best Regards, Wayne J.
