There are a bunch of all kinds but the use of the identifier "rational" has really
created a hardship for anyone to reply ............ggggggg

ROFL

I thought the EXACT same thing when I read that post....

Franco is pretty rational but he hardly ever posts and I am not even sure he does options.....well come to think of it..he did tell me he bought MSFT puts yesterday...so I guess he qualifies

btw, Gramps...you are pretty rational..you just pretend otherwise... ;-)))...I mean....you dont even go to the track without the aid of your bigbox...

Nemer--when I am making money trading, I am just overwhelmed by my capacity to be rational

When I am losing money trading, I am amazed at the market's lack of rationality

Nemer, regarding your statement on rationality... specific to options.

Notice how nice and neat this reply is <g>

1. All stocks have risk, being bored has more risk
2. Options reduce the risk of household chores
3. The risk of an option is unlimited because we keep buying them
4. Owning stock for more than a week is like being a farmer
5. Options teach you how to hold your breath for long periods of time
6. Most suggestions to buy an option are disguised pleas for help
7. Jay walkers make good options' traders
8. The rationality of options is explaining why it went the other way
