Len I hope your wrong. I hope Datek is around for years to come. There customer responsiveness is a model that all in the industry try to model themselves after. Prior to my change of heart I was putting to much of an emphasis on money and profits. I'm calling that nasty Nasdaq and gently inquiring as to why they put Datek through 55min of hardship yesterday. I also want to know why they are singling Datek out and giving all those early morning executions to Schwab Etrade etc. Im in #daytraders and the only ones not getting fills are Datek customers. I want nasdaq to explain how all that heavy volume is shutting Datek down for 50 min but all those other brokerages are doing crazy things like filling there customers orders in a timely manner. Dont worry Datek Ill get to the bottom of this conspiracy and restore your industry leading good name.

Yep - I second that opinion - Datek are acting irresponsible and they have chosen to learn things the hard way. They will close down within 12 months - I've seen it too many times before.
