Exactly ... If one shareholders does not wan to go to Florida or hilton Head or Aspen or where ever I do not think that is going to matter. Brokers and big money is what will be the underlining of the local. It is going to be over a weekend and probably witness one heck of a dog and pony show. Not to mention institutional buyers. People seem to forget if you go cheap then hey why should I invest. Heck they probably have big money investors etc. that are going to pay for it. I do not think the cost is the issue. GaBard
