folks, we are entering into uncharted territory. I mean that in more than one way. I'm not going to analyze what transpired on this board today or what happened to the stock movement today either. I want to talk about the future of telecommunications, as you may remember, I said we are @ the head of a paradigm shift in telecommunications and that the leaders of this new IP-Telephony industry/communication technology/paradigm shift will be people like Jimmy Chin, willing to go the extra-mile to strike deals where many have tried and oft failed, due to poor connections(pun-n-10-did)! I wish I could convey all that I understand and comprehend about this "new" technology and where it will be in the next millenium. Mr.Chin, is forging deals ahead of the curve and the nature of his deals have an air of exclusivity about them."the agreement provides for a further five year exclusive agreement to be extended." We have forged contracts in Russia, Indonesia and part of Europe. I fully expect that there will be many more areas of the globe that will be covered by the DGIV envelope. April, as it nears it's close is ONLY the Beginning of what I envision to be the mother of all IP-TELEPHONY companies from it's lows to where it's headed. In closing, there is no better time to buy DGIV than NOW. These are some of the last days and times when we will be able to pay these lowly prices. I'm not saying there won't be dips and shakeouts, of course there will but, for those whom hold will trully find Treasure in this investment. Byron
