I also called the company, spoke to Mr. Zagoren the PR guy himself.
Asked him regarding web site launch date and he responded "the end of the month". I called around 7:50 PM ET, also asked him if he knows what the float is, around 7.8 million shares he said.

I just thought I can share this info to all.

i hope that this site is not infested with daytraders. i daytrade sometimes too, but i usually do not buy an OTC stock at this price level unless i feel that the board as a whole is holding for the long term, i mean for more than a day or two. i have done my DD and have my own price range that it will hit, so i am not too worried, but i wanted to get a feel if everyone here is here for the duration.
