I don't fear idols, I just know that man will take nothing and make out of it something it is not. If you don't believe me just look at the golden calf that was built by the Israelites.... What is the passover? Do you spread blood over your door? Did Christ die in vain? Is He not the True Passover? Are we not brought out of bondage by His sacrifice? I, as a Christain am taught to celebrate the TRUE passover every 1st day of the week as I share communion with my brothers ans sisters in Christ. As an obedient Son, of course Jesus would celebrate passover as a Jew. What a perfect time to be in Jerusalem huh? I have no fear of mans traditions, as long as they do not end up replacing what is intended to be worshipped"in Spirit and truth." As far as the ark, don't get upset with me. just curious.I was just wondering if your passover traditions are a meal or what? Mans own traditions are just that. I have fought that all my life in our very own congregation.We make our rules and regs. you know before long they become "thus sayeth the Lord" if your not careful. But then one who is constantly seeking Gods will, will be shown by the Holy Spirit, IMO. dcf
