NANDA, All the financials were very strong. The earnings were exactly where I expected and on a well defined trend line. All the Y2k contracts are expected to be completed by mid 99.Satish expects further margin improvement.IMRS HAD 92 MILLION $ IN CASH on 3/31.My guess is now they will make an aquisition of an English IT service Company specializing in either the Finance or insurance industry.Satish gavethe clear impression CBSL paid a premium to get Claremont. I will be interested to read investment bankers rationale for price paid.
