Barron,
Also there are oral concerns with Muse that aren't an issue with Viagra.

There are concerns of safety for the women who is having sex with a man who has a penile implant device for his erect.dysfunction. Apparently the implant is a prostaglandin insert, I think PGE2 - I believe VVUS's MUSE is prostaglandin insert. There are concerns that the insert might release prostaglandin into the women's vagina. As far as I know, PGE2 is a nasty prostaglandin, in that it causes bleeding and used to induce uterine contractions. I believe PGE2 is also a major mediator of pain via its actions on neuronal tissue. Perhaps someone can corraborate these facts?

Oh, thank you. Now I have the willies...
ehhh. Probably the same feeling a man gets when he is told of another man getting kicked in the ding ding...
