Right you are. Use these hyper publications for the leads they provide and NOTHING else. That is to say there might be a great
story behind it but as always, follow-up with your own research.

Mel, the "Undervalued Dog" boasts a "team of analysts" that work on making stock picks...

I e-mailed them asking for a list of their analysts. They said if I "bought a subscription" (funny, I thought they sent this stuff out free), they would send me a list of analysts. I'm still curious how they figured out FAMH's book value without the financials.

I wonder if Merril Lynch operates like this...
