Oh Geez...I knew this would start happening.

I discussed L.L. Knickerbocker (KNIC) on this board in the past. I've shorted it on several occasions. This is a company that manufactures a line of novelty items and celebrity lookalike dolls.

In a desperate attempt to goose the stock price, the company made a bizarre investment in an "alternative fuel" company.

Unbelievably, many investors snapped up the stock - creating perhaps one the best freebie shorts I've ever seen.

So the stock has been slowly crumbling over the past few months as the suckers took their losses until it hit the 3 dollar level.

I covered my last short in this stock a few weeks ago, but (and I swear that this is true) while the K-tel frenzy was going on the last few days, I thought to myself, "I bet those KNIC idiots will try to pull some internet stunt to get the stock going again..."
