Adam,I have two portofolios, one with a bunch of old longs,it is passive and boring--and then my active anything goes portfolio.
I will buy and sell a stock several times, even if I am thinking of going long.
The point being I sold VRTY today while I still had a 1 point gain
as the ticker was indicating it was possibly heading for eight.
I now must try to figure what's up,before I re-enter.My initial
feeling that it was just a terrible day in general for any stock associated with the internet, and I will be watching ticker tomorrow
deciding whether I re-enter tomorrow or not.
But Ed might be right we may have more traders in this than we think. Will study chart later. But still optimistic about VRTY.Good Luck,Max

Thus far Adam the ticker indicates that it's volitility of late
is simply it has settle into a trading channel,as I don't see a fear sell off.I trade a stock if a stock is in a trading action,I just
adapt and adjust to situations.I have put in a GTC today for 8,and will readjust if need be.
But I am thinking I want to be holding before earnings for sure,as I am hopeing for another surprise.max90

Adam, feel better now?Nice pop at end of day. When trading in and out of stocks, you win some and lose some--but as I say I am both an investor
and a trader. Now,the pain of dealing with a volitile stock is wondering is it going to make a run when your out--if it runs from the
bell on Monday I miss a ride,so it goes.max90
