I sensed today that people new to OTC:BB stocks were very concerned about the pull back today. Once you become savvy and if you are feeling real lucky, you can try to play this pull back. As you could see there was no logic to it, but the people that have traded OTC stocks for some time knew it would happen.

Given there was no logic to warrant a pull back (i.e.: tons of selling or a significant lack of demand), therefore, there must have been another reason for this pull back. I have seen this happen many many times, you have to look at it as a buying opportunity, because there will always be some people who have no clue what is happening and start to sell, so the process can be come self-fulfilling. If people hold and apply some buying pressure, you can turn the tables and spank the MM. I am assuming they do this when they are running low on shares. I mean look at the volume in the past few days, where in the hell are they coming up with the shares (hint - Cybershares).

I think I have a strong theory here after a year of watching and trading OTC:BB.

Here is what I think happened this morning:

Some MM was selling shares they did not have all morning for $2.00 per share. After they were done selling (normally this happens around 10AM), they quickly drop the price and buy back (for $1.50 - $1.65) and nervous (non-seasoned) people begin selling back shares to them at a lower bid. The only way someone could make money quicker is with a gun.

I'm telling you people, this is the OTC market, there are no (enforceable) rules regarding MM practices. So, if you are going to trade in OTC stocks, learn the ropes or just send the MM's all the money in your account and save yourself some brokerage commissions.

The MM's will start to leave this stock alone once they find out there are knowledgeable investors here not willing to play by their rules.

Bottom line is, this is a great company with a great concept. Certainly they are not cash flowing yet, but PNLK has a very desirable product/service and you rarely see a company so well position to make money (lost of money)!

I am just going to sit tight, I do not want to chance selling during these MM games and get locked out, there is to damn much demand for this stock. It took me an hour to get fill yesterday with a market order..., me sell, not on your life!
