Hi, folks,
I've been following this thread and figure to contribute to your line of thought. More importantly, I'm noticing that Sapiens is demonstrating its ability to start-up and finish projects. My broker told me that Sapiens placed an ad in the current issue of BusinessWeek soliciting more business. I haven't seen it yet, but it seems that they have added capacity to take on even more assignments. I figure that a $10/sh. price is not too far off.
