Could you answer a few questions for me?

1. Which device will be the first to be manufactured on the 0.18 micron process? --- won't comment

2. I read the discussion last fall about the HP/Intel partnership on Merced and I
recall your emphatic post to the effect that the chip will be owned entirely by Intel.
However I don't think it was ever made clear exactly what HP is getting in return for
their investment. Could you help me with this? --- they're involved in the technology definition - which is very important to their understanding, and therefore ability, to exploit the technology in their products.

3. Will the second chip in the IA-64 series also be intended for high end servers? --- yes, and it will be a screamer.

Thanks--Andy
