Great url, I had that one bookmarked but lost it somehow. Yes, it's the same story, a little more detail in el Universal regarding other sides to the Court, but kry's case is before the PAC (la Sala Pol¡tico-Administrativa, Political-Administrative Chamber in English)

Like EC says, it's business as usual. Still, though, one venezolano who contacted me today feels that the kry/cvg decision was likely delayed in part for waiting for this event. He also has heard that the decision will not come before the end of next week because "the ponencia is not ready".

That's just word of mouth, unconfirmed, but I give weight to it ..... cheers .... marcos
