the unmentioned one (oh but briefly) is jill the webmistress.....she was my contact with si, not the brothers, and she was always prompt, professional, and fun to deal with.....ah....i was never assigned the penalty box, so she was great for me.
she deserves A HELL OF A LOT OF CREDIT for si's success...imo.
