That's why they upgrade the stock, hold the stock for a day or two and make an easy buck or two, IMO.

There is an easy answer to your question. H&Q was obviously processing a big buy order. If you notice later on in the afternoon GSCO also spent considerable time as the lone bidder. They most likely had a large buy order to fill also. RATL experienced only minor pull backs while the NASDAQ was getting hammered today. That's relative strength. There was strong demand today and I believe it was not fully satisfied.
