Lisa, on quote.com, I don't think I've ever seen any "real" after hours trades. But I haven't looked very often either. According to the legend, the black background on a trade means it's out of sequence trade (belongs in the regular market hours).

I agree though, after hours trades don't mean a whole lot. Particularly if one doesn't have an after-hours trading account, the after hours quotes don't help in a material way.
