Wow, no wait on the phone at Datek. Maybe they are not so bad after all. Man, oh man what a headache. It hurts just to hear that kind of stuff. I bet their customer sign up wait is not 30 minutes. I imagine you get right through when you want to open an account. How pathetic.

On a brighter note. This new Opera Browser I am evaluating is a real flyer. I recommend it to any and all. I costs 30 bucks or something like that but its speed is real fast and I have yet to see a Error 404 we can't find the darn webpage because our Microsoft engineers don't know dick!

miles,

Concerning the "five minute non use bounce out", here's what I do. If I think I'm over the limit for the time out (this is with Scottsdale), instead of trying to get a quote or a position or whatever, I simply hit the "Reload" button on the browser. It then asks me if I want to repost the data. I poke yes and it returns me to the intro screen. Then I can go on to get quotes or whatever. Bottom line, I don't have to relogin. That, over the day, saves a ton of time. Try it, it may or may not work for your system.
