ADOT Threaders --

We have certainly built a nice thread here. A wonderful group of investors from diverse backgrounds.

Between the shares that I have and the shares that others I have spoken with have purchased, and the shares amongst those on this thread I believe this would indeed represent a greater than 5% interest (5% is around 300,000 shares last I looked correct?). I am a CPA with 5 years experience in BIG SIX accounting with C&L. (also 9 years private experience, currently a CP-Finance at a $10 million craft manufacturer). I am contemplating giving a call to good ole "Les is More", and insinuate to him that I represent a body of shareholders that comprise more than a 5% interest in ADOT, and then proceed to politely extract the information that we all seek. I will be in Arizona in late June (on, of all things, a east to west coast baseball trip with my kids!!!) and would let him know of my planned visit.

I am looking for two things here ... One is all of your thoughts on this approach, and whether you feel I would be out of line to claim that I represent those here on our thread. Two is a list of all questions that any would have that I would compile and send to Les, preparing him in advance for my phone call with him. We could even arrange this as a potential conference call with others here involved.

I am extremely upset with Richard's report (happy with the messanger and his efforts, unhappy with the ADOT representation!). I cannot express in words the RED FLAG that this report presented me with as an auditor of many companies in my past experience. I have grown more into the idea that I presented above as each day went by from Richard's report. I welcome your comments, thoughts, suggestions, flames, whatever on the above.
