To TraderGreg, Sly, Ernie, etc.. I am still confused about this proposed deal in the making. I know what a merger is, but what is a reverse merger? Is this a polite term that is used to indicate that another firm is taking them over? The Yahoo article however clearly states that ICVI is acquiring 100% of Mtn Energy's assets. How can this be if Mtn Energy is taking over ICVI. Isn't it just the other way around? Is this just another dishonest news release to lure in unsuspecting investors? Read that article again. It clearly states that ICVI is acquiring 100% of Mtn Energy's assets!!! Are they just twisting words again 180 degrees? Just a slight mistake??
